Special transport PAM special service To help disabled people travel around Paris and the Ile-de-France region, Paris City Hall, in partnership with the Ile-de-France regional council and the STIF (regional transport authority), launched a new special transport service in November 2003, PAM (Paris Accompagnement Mobilité – Paris mobility support). Breakdown of trips according to zones PAM: Transport on request for professional and leisure activities, for disabled people living in Paris, available 7 days a week, from 6am to midnight.
