For HEC Careers: 2014 marks a year of mobility and growth: the economic recovery that has started to appear since the end
of 2014 is a good omen at a time when HEC Careers is rolling out new activities to enrich its offering of services. These will
particularly target young alumni and people working abroad while maintaining the current activities of career coaching, job
opportunities, and career transition seminars that traditionally structure our offering.

Judge for yourself: seminars in the "knowing yourself
and making progress" sphere, more commonly known
as "personal development", have exploded :

HEC Careers' many courses in the more traditional fields
of managing one's career path, job changes, and career
transitions were stable in terms of number of participants (+1% in comparison to 2013).
The more you share,
the more you grow
Examples of seminars :
"What if you (finally) said YES to your life's project?,"
"Discover your network DNA...and use it to serve
your projects,"
"Pitch it like you love it,"
"Identify and boost your creative potential," etc.
Participants meet with themselves to identify or clarify
their own talents and use them to serve a professional
project that has meaning for them, one that brings them
closer to their profound professional identity!
They also seek to conquer markets or become an entrepreneur. A few seminars were firmly set up for this
purpose in 2014. :
* "Becoming an entrepreneur,"
* "Training to take over a business,"
* "What digital marketing to develop your company?"
The various Careers workshops throughout the year
are growing in terms of figures: 11% more participants
than in 2013.
