HEC Alumni - ANNUAL REPORT 2014-2015 - (Page 16)

A VIBRANT NETWORK WOMEN @HEC Women @HEC was the first women's group to be created by any of the French Grandes Ecoles (in 2001). Its objective is to be a place of emulation, of meetings, and for the sharing of experiences - a career accelerator. In 2015, Women @HEC Careers Prize awarded Laurence Rigolini (E.10), General Secretary and Executive Board Member of ATR and the Jeune Pousse Award was given to Céline Orjubin (H.06), co-founder of My Little Paris. Established in 2001 50volunteers +17 000 members - Laurence Rigolini (E.10). Its main goals are: * to raise awareness of the challenges of gender parity by encouraging reflection and proposing solutions. * to offer advice on professional issues faced by women. * to support the development of female leadership through workshops and events. * to promote successful role models. - Céline Orjubin (H.06). For several years, the prize has been accompanied by a study. This year, in partnership with IPSOS and the Boston Consulting Group, the theme was "How can networking become a factor of success?" - a topical issue for each of us and highly instructive for HEC Alumni. The Women @HEC Careers Prize "Prix Trajectoires HEC Au Féminin" has highlighted the remarkable career paths of HEC alumnae since 2007. Rather than focusing on a single model for success, it aims to promote the diverse paths to success for women in large or small businesses, in the public or private sector, through entrepreneurship or in more traditional management roles. Women distinguished with the Women @HEC Careers Prize share strong roots in business and have all based their careers on development and growth. The "Jeune Pousse" (Rising Star) Award was created in 2010 to honor women under the age of 35 who show a particularly promising early career. 16 - Women @HEC Careers Prize, 26 May 2015.
