COMMITTED VOLUNTEERS Hundreds of volunteers give their time and energy to overseeing the network. They coordinate structures in a decentralized manner or centrally through the Executive Board, the Committee, and the comissions on the basis of the Volunteers Charter. Work to simplify and ensure better readability of the Association's structures is conducted by the Network Comission under the chairmanship of Eric de Rugy (H.75). Many volunteers also support the projects of HEC Careers, an indisputable benchmark among other graduate associations, at the heart of HEC Alumni's missions. The pathways are increasingly personalized. All members create their own program and build their own network. '' For me, joining an association means being involved, giving back, and above all, being altruistic. It is first and foremost an adventure on a human level, and beyond that, having one's name listed as a member of an association says that we believe in what it represents and that we want to be a part of the group and participate in its transformation. '' '' I wanted to be more involved in the HEC community which has over two thousand members in the United Kingdom.
