1,130,000 results - which suggests that in reality no one has a
clue about either of them...
Now, this is not to say that every leader or manager should be
in the business of creating cults or gangs - simply that there are
principles of organising cults and gangs that can be used to great

people and agenda such that the vision turned into reality...
The greatest leaders in the world - from Churchill to Stalin,
Mandela to Lincoln all had a few things in common and whether
you like it or not, so did Hitler and Genghis Khan...
Simple I know, but in my experience, the two functions are different and require distinct skill sets, personalities and tool kits...
So in order to understand effective Leadership and Management
we have to understand the psychology of cults and gangs; what
makes people pledge allegiance to a person and a cause with
such dedication that everything else becomes secondary...
