Reducing carbon fibre manufacturing costs by nearly 20%

Osync is a cutting-edge software designed to offer real-time monitoring, reporting and diagnostics of one or more CNC machines.
It is currently available only for C.R. Onsrud machinery, but plans
are in the works to interface with other brands. The platform will be
available for installation on the CNC control panel, a supervisor's computer off the factory floor and via mobile applications.
Osync is the future of CNC machine
automation. The real-time (live) monitoring of one or more Onsrud CNC
machines allows the production team
to have feedback about the performance
and production efficiency of their shop.
This will allow them to better utilize
their machines, and discover which machines are not being fully utilized. It also provides data to C.R Onsrud so
they can monitor the customer's machinery, the operation habits and offer suggestions for better functionality. In case a machine goes down, the
client receives error messages via several media formats, as well as immediately notifying the technical service team. The data recovery will allow
the company to help the customer immediately diagnose and, in many
cases, remedy a failure. Osync maximizes machine productivity and minimizes down-time, helping customers operate more efficiently.
