/6 News / Towers, buildings and consultations in La Défense Trinity : Better Development through Consultation Epadesa is implementing a new consultation procedure to better respond to information requests from La Défense residents. These procedures will apply for all new projects in La Défense Seine Arche. The agenda includes an information meeting and workshops on public spaces. This new consultation procedure began on September 19, 2011 with the Trinity project, led by the property investment company (SCI) Trinity Défense, part of the Unibail-Rodamco Group. The agency Cuno Brullmann Jean-Luc Crochon+Associés has been selected for the architectural project. Residents of La Défense were thus able to express their opinions at the first public information meeting on September 19. The broad outlines of the project were presented to the one hundred meeting participants. Three workshops then brought together some 25 local residents and representatives of associations to collect their experience and points of view on public spaces and pedestrian walkways. A synopsis of the workshops was presented at a second public meeting. Ancre and Blanchisseurs tunnelways Together with the city of Courbevoie and Defacto, Epadesa is rethinking the urbanism and development of the Saisons neighborhood. The focus is on beautification and modernization, as well as better access to the area’ s roadway network and improvements to the roads themselves. Subjects include building a covered roadway for highway D7, overhauling public spaces and redeveloping parking lots (asbestos removal, renovation and security), as well as upgrading the Ancre and Blanchisseurs tunnelways and their access roads to ensure compliance with standards.
