The “Prenzlauer Berg” neighborhood in Berlin is the heart of the city’s tourist attraction, with its trendy cafés,restaurants… and the Miau Miau & Le Chat Noir boutique. In 2008, two friends and fashion lovers, Anja Bogner and Kerstin Klim, created two separate boutiques, one lingerie and one ready-to-wear, in a same retail space. This is the boutique Anja and Kerstin had always dreamt of; a cross between a Paris boudoir, with a Jazz age feel to it, and a pop-art universe, very feminine and warm with red and gold as key colors. In a total space of 753.3 ft2, the first floor houses the Miau Miau universe, managed by Anja, entirely dedicated to a carefully-selected assortment of fine lingerie, while the second floor is dedicated to Kerstin’s ready-to-wear offer of fine Italian brands.
