From Calais to Hong Kong, the man whose fieldwork experience prepared him for the greatest professional challenges helped build Brunet new shape and orga nization in Asia. Exclusive interview for Intima Asia: You are at the head of Brunet International HK Ltd since 2005, what ar e the main steps of the company’s evolution that you’ve participated in? Shaping Brunet’s future Brunet International is a leading industrial organization, unique on the lace market. From that point on, all our Karl Meyer activities (Jacquardtronic, Textronic and RSJ5) are organized from Asia. Our development in Asia started with the US market. As of now our activity is spread between the US, Europe and a growing share of Asian markets (China, Taiwan, Japan, Thailand). competitive advantage, since we are able to supply high end laces in a very short lead time at a competitive price. The manufacturers play a very important part in the corsetry products’ supply chains nowadays.
