Babylon Summer of 69
Du 13 au 17 juillet dernier, c'est dans la
joie et un esprit de convivialité que nous
avons partagé un feu d'artifice de sentiments, pour un boogie haut en couleur !
L'histoire a débuté avec une longue
journée d'attente due à un vent excessivement agaçant. Personne ne s'est
découragé. La fin de journée s'annonçait
déjà, cependant la bonne humeur
demeurait intacte. D'un bon pas nous
sommes tous partis au tunnel Windoor
pour la "Jam Session". Comme
prévu c'est dans la rigolade, la mixité des
niveaux, à plat, assis, tête en bas,
en dynamique et en toute sécurité
que la session s'est déroulée.
typiquement espagnole, avec la fideoa
géante (plat typique Catalan)
et les déguisements les plus farfelus
les uns que les autres.
Bref La Vida Loca, viva Espana !!

Le troisième jour fut une récompense
pour la patience de tous. La plupart des
participants ont effectué 9 sauts dans la
journée, plus diversifiés les uns que les
autres. Avec un Beech mis à notre
disposition pour des montées à 5000 m
qui s'effectuaient en un clin d'œil.
nombreux en cette période estivale.
Le bus Giconi nous a tous rapatriés sur la
drop zone pour la dernière soirée du
boogie. Nous avons donc fini cette
histoire comme nous l'avions commencée, dans la joie et la bonne humeur,
avec une vidéo résumant les pluriactivités exercées ainsi qu'une soirée

Sans nous démoraliser, nous avons
troqué nos combinaisons de saut contre
celles de surf pour nous réunir au Wave
Club, surfer avec les baleines ! Le vent ne
voulant pas déchanter, nous avons donc
improvisé une nouvelle session d'entraînement par petits groupes au tunnel.
Babylon
Le deuxième jour commença tôt avec
le premier «load», dans lequel plusieurs
groupes étaient organisés, déjà bien
partagés et homogènes. Ce fut une
réussite, malheureusement ce fut le seul
de la journée, mais la «happy» attitude
était déjà bien installée.
Beaucoup de fun, d'art, de couleurs
et de beauté ont gravé le ciel d'Empuriabrava. Des traces, de la tête en haut
ou tête en bas, des nombreux tubes de
couleurs, la fameuse Lolipop (géante
Skyball), des tissus accrochés aux pieds
pour rajouter encore plus de vie au
paysage merveilleux de la Costa Brava.
Une journée paradisiaque qui s'est finie
avec un saut de plage en Popopope
(hop&pop) devant un public de touristes
