Manufacturing is organized into three major steps: preparation of the panels, the construction of galley structure and assembly, integration of plastic and metal parts, electrical wiring for coffee makers and ovens, as well as cooling, heating, power and water evacuation systems. All this is done according to the principles of Lean Management and under the supervision of the Lean operations teams.

Each joint, profile, and panel edge is treated with absolute precision and care. Similarly, we manage each electrical installation by bringing unmatched attention to detail. With one shared objective for all our teams: supply beautiful, reliable and durable galleys.

QUALITY: ongoing quality control

We continuously conduct checks to ensure our customers, airlines and manufacturers receive a high level of quality. Once completed, our galleys are tested and checked by our quality controllers. Respecting our prototypes, they are presented to our customers at a First Article Inspection.
