GALLEYS: an expertise of excellence

OPTIMIZATION rhymes with innovation

Incorporating the latest technological innovations, research of lighter materials and more modular and efficient equipment: optimization of cabin space is a strong point for our R&D and engineering teams. In conjunction with the Zodiac Cabin & Structures teams and Boeing teams, we have developed the G2 Slim galley for the Boeing B737. Smaller than the classic G2, it still offers similar galley space and frees up space in the cabin.

First, THE PANELS

The manufacture of a galley begins by producing lightweight and strong composite panels and cutting them. We limit the environmental footprint of our plants in Herborn, Germany, Pilsen, Czech Republic and Garden Grove, US, by our choice of materials, reducing our energy consumption, and the continuous improvement of our production processes to reduce waste and CO2 emissions.
