STEP 3

Prototype test validation

Developed first in 3D, the concepts selected take form via foam prototypes to be used for experiments. Then, through successive iterations, important verification work is necessary to make effective progress. We produced five prototype mock-ups of the integrated ISIS cabin.

STEP 4

On the way to industrial implementation

The next step is manufacturing the ISIS mock-up in our production workshops at Huntington Beach, California.

STEP 5

The wings of success

Presented at the Aircraft Interiors Expo in Hamburg and at the Paris Air Show, Le Bourget, ISIS received the 2013 Crystal Cabin Award in the Industrial Design and Visionary Concepts category. At the end of September 2013, several airlines in the United States and Europe have selected all or part of their retrofit solutions for their Airbus A320s and Boeing B737s.

Increased productivity, reduced pollution

We make the ISIS panels with a new pressing process that reduces manufacturing time and eliminates 4-6 hours of sanding that the previous method required. In addition, we used a 100% recyclabk composite material that is less polluimy and less toxic than conventional resins.
