“We also have, for the supply of spare parts, new computer applications for calculating the needs of airline operators with a twofold objective: to increase our on-time delivery performance and optimize the level of our stocks worldwide. In addition, we are developing a global repair network - with our Braintree center that has been operational since June and new buildings in Dubai beginning at the end of 2014. We have also strengthened our technical support teams for airlines. Not to mention the redesign of our interface with the Group's business Segments to further improve the quality of service and ensure direct feedback from operators of the Group equipment. There are so many initiatives that improve our service for the benefit of our customers”
