“In this regard, the deployment of the Hoshin Kanri method was a major breakthrough. Using master plans, it allows all entities (Segments, Divisions and BUs") to adapt it to their level, vision and strategic objectives defined by Olivier Zarrouati in followed, managed and measured action plans, and all using a standard format. Each level develops its own master plan, discussed with upper and lower management, which encourages involvement from everyone.

We also created a shared database for several performance indicators. And it integrates the support functions: quality, security, environment and HR. As a result, a common dashboard with over twenty indicators covering all our industrial activities is available to all entities. Based on a shared standard, we can bridge the improvement actions for the Group's strategic objectives and measure the impact of Lean”
