“If our employees are convinced of the importance of innovation, we still need to improve our efficiency, in collaboration with Human Resources, with the creation of an internal network that brings together over a hundred experts and 25 confirmed senior experts. What remains is the selection of the fellows and senior fellows among them who will be endowed of specific missions in their area of expertise in addition to their operational functions: for example, representing the Group in external bodies, and youth training. We are also structuring an approach to encourage Group management of industrial property through the sharing of best practices”

Partnerships to shape the future

“The partnerships promote the discovery of innovations and their industrial implementation. In 2013, the Group partnered with a dozen universities in France, Germany, the Netherlands and the United States to work especially on power electronics and optics. It also works on composite materials and energy management, primarily through its collaboration with the CEA-EA9 on fuel cells and new generation batteries. We are the founding member of IRTAESE10 Toulouse, created in 2013 to bring about a global center of excellence for composites and energy management (supercapacitors, new generation batteries, etc.)”

7 university partnerships in Europe, 4 in the United States in 2012/2013

More than 50 patent applications in 2012/2013
