Florence Allard-Poesi is Professor of Management and director of Institut de Recherche en Gestion (IRG) at the Université Paris-Est. Her research focuses principally on sensemaking and power in organizations and the role that discursive
practices play in these processes. She also works on the methodological and epistemological problems that these issues
present. Her work has been published notably in Organization, Scandinavian Journal of Management, @grh, Management International, Management, Economies & Sociétés, in Méthodes de Recherche en Management (R. A. Thiétart ed.),
4th edition, Paris: Dunod (1st edition trans. Doing management research, a comprehensive guide, Sage Publications)
and in the Cambridge Handbook of Strategy as Practice (F. Golsorkhi, L. Rouleau, D. Seidl and E. Vaara eds.), 2nd ed.,

Yehuda BARUCH - y.baruch@soton.ac.uk
Yehuda Baruch (DSc Technion, Israel, PostDoc at City University and London Business School, HDR, Université de Strasbourg) is a Professor of Management and Research Director of the Southampton Business School at the University of
Southampton, UK. His research covers a broad range of topics, with a particular focus on careers and global HRM. He
has over 125 refereed papers, published in Journal of Management, Academy of Management Annals, Human Resource
Management, Organizational Dynamics, Journal of Vocational Behavior, Human Relations, and Organization Studies
among other journals, and over 45 books and book chapters. His work is widely cited (over 10000 Google Scholar
citations, H-index of 47). Associate Editor of Human Resource Management (US), former Editor of Group & Organization
Management and Career Development International; former Chair, Careers Division, Academy of Management, and
Fellow of the Academy of Social Sciences.

Laurence BEIERLEIN - beierlein@u-pec.fr
Laurence Beierlein is currently a faculty member at IAE Gustave Eiffel - the management school of Université Paris Est
Créteil (UPEC) in France - where she teaches Entrepreneurship and Sustainability. She is co-director of the Master's degree
programme "Managing Corporate Social Responsibility". Previously, she worked as a financial auditor and controller in
private corporations for 10 years. She is now preparing a PhD in management sciences, which represents a challenging
shift from practice-oriented to more conceptual and theoretical activities. Her dissertation deals with labour and human
rights regulation in multinational corporations' supply chains, using the case study of a monitoring program designed
and managed by the ILO to verify on-site workplace conditions in the garment industry. She is in charge of co-organising
the EURAM 2016 Doctoral Colloquium on behalf of UPEC and is also a very active member of the Local Organising
Committee of the EURAM 2016 main conference.
