Ils ont été assemblés chez Mécasoud. » La mise à flot de ces deux navires a été réalisée fin octobre 2009 dans la forme de construction du chantier STX qui a mis à disposition son portique, faute de moyens adaptés sur le port nazairien, la grue Bigue étant toujours en panne. André Merré et son équipe sont déjà sur d’autres projets de construction avec des commandes fermes pour 2010 : deux dragues stationnaires fluviales de 14 et 20 mètres pour des sablières. Une à destination de la région de Bordeaux, une autre qui sillonnera entre la Loire-Atlantique et le Maineet-Loire. Une troisième drague maritime stationnaire est prévue pour le début 2011 en Charente-Maritime. Le chantier Merré a également répondu à des appels d’offres pour des dragues et des bacs. Reconnaissant disposer d’un « carnet de commandes correct, mais court », André Merré se refuse toutefois à « s’inscrire André Merré, PDG du chantier Merré, de Nort-sur-Erdre, est à bord du Barcarin 5, amarré au quai des Charbonniers, dans le port de Saint-Nazaire. Avant sa livraison, fin février 2010, il vérifie les derniers travaux de ce transbordeur, un bac amphidrome (qui se dirige dans les deux sens). Destiné à la SMTDR, ce navire de 43 mètres a été commandé par le conseil général des Bouchesdu-Rhône pour assurer la traversée du fleuve entre Salin-deGiraud et Port-Saint-Louis (près d’Arles). Le Barcarin 5, comme d’autres bateaux du chantier, a été réalisé en étroite collaboration entre le chantier Merré et Mécasoud, à Saint-Nazaire. « La coque acier a été soudée par Mécasoud, alors que nous avons fabriqué la superstructure en aluminium dans nos ateliers de Nort, explique André Merré. Selon l’activité des deux sociétés, les programmes peuvent être différents. Ainsi, pour le « Guédel 3 », un transbordeur de 40 mètres, commandé par la société Transport maritime cô- Éric Martin Associé à Mécasoud, le chantier Merré a réalisé le « Guédel 3 » conçu en plusieurs blocs à Nort-sur-Erdre et assemblé à Saint-Nazaire. à tous les appels d’offres et projets en cours. Alu Marine Un plan de charges pour les six mois à venir Installé dans de nouveaux locaux adaptés et fonctionnels, à Couëron, Alu Marine ne cache pas ses ambitions. « Maintenant, nous allons avoir un process de développement qui va nous permettre une semi-industrialisation de nos méthodes », s’enthousiasme Richard Gibeaud, directeur. Il cible plusieurs créneaux dans la construction et veut être présent dans différents domaines : le fluvial, le passager, l’ostréiculture et la plaisance. Pour se consolider, Alu Marine n’envisage pas d’intégrer tous les métiers sous son toit mais « de faire appel à un réseau de partenaires soustraitants intégrateurs. Ce qui nous permettra d’être au top de la qualité ». Dans les nouveaux locaux depuis un an, après avoir quitté Bouguenais, Richard Gibeaud sent que « la stratégie est payante. Nous avons une visibilité à plus de six mois. C’est un soulagement après les difficultés. Aujourd’hui, on peut prévoir un retour à la rentabilité d’ici trois ans. » Propos confirmés par son directeur commercial : « Beaucoup de clients ont reporté leurs projets l’an dernier et l’on sent une reprise en 2010. » Des contrats sont en cours de négociation pour des navires passagers de 50 à 200 places, mais également pour des barges multiservices, des catamarans et des bateaux techniques. Le nouveau hangar est déjà plein : finition d’une barge de 28 mètres pour les Voies navigables de France ; rifit d’un 17 mètres ; lancement de construction d’un catamaran de servitude de 17 mètres. Et puis ce dossier original : un pêcheur professionnel de Méditerranée fait construire un bateau qui pourra transporter douze passagers payants pour suivre et participer à des sorties. « C’est le premier à le faire en France dans un souci de diversification. Il a obtenu toutes les autorisations. » Alu Marine espère que cet exemple fera école, en pleine crise de la pêche. É. M. Bihoré La servitude au secours de l’activité être contrôlés par un bureau de vérification, d’où un coût supplémentaire qui risque de freiner les commandes. Outre les vedettes de plaisance pour lesquelles les demandes sont importantes, Christophe Bihoré compte continuer à surfer sur la vague du bateau de servitude. En 2009, il en a construit deux pour le GPMNSN : une pour assister un dragueur au port de Paimbœuf a été livrée en fin d’année dernière, une autre pour les lamaneurs livrable début 2010. « Nous avons répondu à plusieurs appels d’offres pour ce type de bateaux et attendons les résultats. » Christophe Bihoré et son équipage croisent les doigts pour que les vents soient favorables. Depuis le début de la crise dans le secteur de la pêche, le chantier Bihoré s’est tourné vers la plaisance et les bateaux de servitude. Même si, à sa grande surprise, Christophe Bihoré, à la tête du chantier avec ses deux frères, a reçu, en février 2009, la commande de deux ligneurs de 6 mètres par deux pêcheurs de Perros-Guirec et Paimpol qui venaient de voir débloqué leur dossier de remplacement. « Le premier a été livré en fin d’année, et le second est parti début janvier », se félicite Christophe Bihoré, y voyant comme un signe de reprise. D’autant plus qu’il y a « de la demande pour des petits bateaux de pêche ».
